Strong business background: Suzanne has 15 years of corporate business experience. She’s had a range of jobs, from working in technical (IT) environments, she’s managed people, and international projects.
Learning consultancy for organisations: As a learning consultant she works with business leaders to understand the change required from the organisational perspective and has developed and delivered learning and development programmes to increase business effectiveness. She brings experience in training needs analysis, content design & development and performance management.
Internationally experienced trainer & facilitator: Suzanne, has over six years of experience delivering behavioural change training in the corporate world. Whe’s travelled extensively, and regularly delivered training to international audiences. Suzanne enjoys working with groups and individuals – making shift happen!
Qualifications: In addition to a degree, Suzanne holds a certificate in management and accredited in several psychometric approaches including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the FIRO-B instrument and NLP. She’s completed 2 years of advanced Transactional Analysis training and is a counsellor.
Additional interests: Suzanne’s interest is wellness, and personal excellence and is a founder member of Positive Psychology in Business, a group of business professionals with an interest in applying Positive Psychology in the workplace. Suzanne is currently studying for an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology.
Typically Suzanne works with organisations, typically with groups, but she occasionally takes on individual clients interested in moving to the “next step” … and defining what that step will be.
